Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to advance their career by hunting new IBs, partners, and clients and expanding relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client & Partner Acquisition: Onboard new IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through engagement and loyalty initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets related to revenue, active clients, and trading volumes.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and regions for growth.
  • Manage leads and pipelines using CRM tools and report progress.
  • Ensure compliance during onboarding in line with regulatory standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, dealing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales within FX & CFDs.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms like MT4/MT5 and core FX & CFDs products.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage IBs and clients.
  • Familiar with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and promotions.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
