The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry, a strong network of clients, and the capability to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:Identify develop and maintain new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for clients across air sea and land freight.
Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding in UAE.
Strong knowledge of air freight sea freight and land transport operations.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
UAE Driving License preferred (to visit clients and expand business reach).
