Business Development Manager - Forex Trading
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Forex trading sector.
- Promote the company’s trading products and platforms to potential clients and partners.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and online channels.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns and events.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and expos to represent the brand and grow the client base.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Work closely with the onboarding and compliance teams to ensure smooth client acquisition.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, international environment are essential.
