Do you want to be part of the moment when a Czech lovebrand breaks into new markets? At Vilgain, we’re building a global brand that’s changing the way people see food and nutrition. We’re expanding to the UAE and looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive entry into retail, HORECA, food delivery services, and gyms. We’re after a driven sales professional with a hunter mindset—someone who knows how to build relationships and open doors in the region.
What you’ll do:
- Actively identify and reach out to new B2B partners (distributors, retail, HORECA, food delivery, fitness centers).
- Present our product portfolio and Vilgain brand, arrange meetings, and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with existing partners and support their growth.
- Collect and share feedback with HQ — market needs, preferred products and pricing, competitive landscape.
- Deliver on sales targets and provide regular reporting.
What we expect from you:
- Proven sales experience in FMCG / food, ideally in the premium segment.
- Knowledge of local markets and business practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (any additional language is a plus).
- Hunter mindset — you love acquisition, spotting new opportunities, and opening doors.
- Ambition to grow with the brand and deliver real results.
