Our client is a premier provider of flexible office solutions based in Dubai, UAE. Established in 2009 and headquartered in JLT, they offer a diverse range of workspaces, including coworking areas, private offices, office suites, and meeting rooms, catering to businesses of all sizes—from solo entrepreneurs to large enterprises.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our Facilities Management and Maintenance services. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in winning AMC contracts and developing partnerships with building owners and developers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and close new AMC and FM opportunities across commercial properties
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the UAE real estate and FM industry
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements
  • Report directly to the Executive Director on targets and market opportunities

Requirements :

  • Experience in FM sales or business development in the UAE
  • Strong network with developers, building owners, and FM stakeholders
  • Knowledge of pricing, cost structures, and service delivery in AMC projects
  • Must be proactive, persistent, and able to work independently
