Business development Manager– Fit Out & Furniture
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong client relationships while generating new sales leads and enquiries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients through excellent customer service.
- Ensure timely closure of quotations and proposals.
- Engage with clients effectively to sell the company’s services, maximizing profitability and revenue.
- Achieve target-based sales in both Fit-Out Projects and Furniture.
- Brief Project Managers once projects are secured and assist with communications until contract handover.
- Coordinate with the finance team to follow up on client payments and maintain steady project cash flow.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in fit-out/interior projects in the UAE, preferably in turnkey interiors, commercial real estate, event management, or construction.
- Proven track record of success in the interiors industry with strong client handling skills.
- Well-connected and experienced in networking within the real estate development, construction, and design/architecture community in Dubai or the wider UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market with a history of success in competitive sales environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
