They provide enterprise-focused solutions that allow businesses to send and receive money instantly, securely, and reliably across global markets, 24/7. With a fully remote team and a global client base, they are scaling rapidly and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise adoption and revenue growth.
The Role
This is a high-impact position where you will serve as the commercial engine for the business. Key focus areas include:
- Driving top-line growth through strategic deal execution and market expansion
- Designing and executing go-to-market strategies across priority segments
- Building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, wallets, and global payout platforms
- Securing transformational deals that accelerate growth and market position
What Our Client is Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies, B2B funnels, and sales technology platforms
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain, ideally with exposure to stablecoin ecosystems
- Knowledge of compliance requirements when working with regulated financial institutions
- Proven success operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated success driving significant revenue growth and scaling quota-carrying teams
- Deep expertise in payments infrastructure (FX, disbursements, treasury, regulatory frameworks)
- Track record selling complex solutions to banks, fintechs, wallets, and payout platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute global commercial strategy, targeting financial institutions and payment platforms
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution
- Implement data-driven sales operations to optimize conversion rates, deal velocity, and closing timelines
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance)
- Act as the voice of the customer, helping refine product-market fit
- Drive thought leadership and competitive positioning within the market
