Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with insurance companies to bring new business to our garage. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic & English speaker with a valid driving license and a proven track record in business development or sales within the automotive or insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential insurance companies for partnership opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to attract and secure new business from insurance companies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within insurance companies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our garage and the insurance companies.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with insurance companies to bring in consistent business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the automotive or insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
