Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – ASME (U, S, PP Stamps) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ASME-certified fabrication sales, strong industry connections, and a passion for driving business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for ASME-certified fabrication projects.
  2. Responsible for sales and management, as well as the development of current and new fabrication products, including: pipe spools, pressure vessels, process equipment, steel structures, skids, baskets, tanks, silos, and batch blenders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals, driving revenue growth.
  4. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for ASME pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other fabricated equipment.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company objectives.
  7. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to prepare cost estimates.
  8. Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs for ASME-compliant fabrication projects.
  9. Work with engineering and procurement teams to source accurate pricing for raw materials and outsourced components.
  10. Develop detailed and competitive quotations while ensuring profitability.
  11. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to verify adherence to industry codes and customer requirements.
  12. Work closely with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
  13. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within cost constraints.
  14. Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or commercial issues during project execution.
Requirements:
  1. 5–7 years of experience in fabrication sales (UAE experience mandatory).
  2. Strong knowledge of ASME-certified fabrication (U, S, PP and R).
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Ability to generate leads and drive sales in a competitive market.
