We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the EPC industry and a proven track record of driving business growth in the Middle East region with a focus on the UAE market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EPC sector through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, to understand their needs and requirements.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.

- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new projects.

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development in the EPC industry.
