Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Manager - BB Elite. You will be responsible for driving new Elite Business Banking acquisitions, ensuring sales targets are met within risk and policy guidelines. Manage and grow client portfolios, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen relationships. Effectively cross-sell banking products while maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

  • Identify, market, and book new liability/transaction Elite Business accounts, ensuring robust portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate closely with other units and support functions within the bank to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet financial targets within acceptable risk standards.
  • Ensure client compliance with the Bank’s criteria.
  • Adhere to processes and controls as per the Bank’s guidelines.
  • Complete all tasks accurately and timely, providing excellent customer service and following all procedures.
  • Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct to present a positive image of the Bank.
  • Book business according to guidelines and perform due diligence regarding money laundering and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, reporting, and relevant regulations.
  • Manage service requirements of clients within the team, coordinating with service/back-office teams.
  • Resolve all SAS and Correspondent Bank queries promptly as per department TAT.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats; Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent for Nationals (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Banking Liabilities and Wealth Management Relationship Management.
  • Deep knowledge of target markets and their requirements to guide the team in acquiring and maintaining profitable relationships.
  • HNWI Relationship Management skills and good working knowledge of banking products.
