INGOT Brokers is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage client onboarding while generating new business opportunities. The role requires strong experience in sales, understanding of financial products, and excellent communication skills. Manage the migration and onboarding of an existing client portfolio while actively generating new business opportunities.
Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy.
Promote the company's financial products and services effectively.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs through proactive client outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate joint meetings with the Regional Sales Manager when necessary.
Expand the client base within the CFD business at INGOT Brokers.
Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions while cross-selling relevant products.
Gain proficiency in using the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Train and mentor team members on client acquisition strategies and market trends.
Any other duties relevant to the role.
