Job description

Manage the migration and onboarding of an existing client portfolio while actively generating new business opportunities.

Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy.

Promote the company's financial products and services effectively.

Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs through proactive client outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Coordinate joint meetings with the Regional Sales Manager when necessary.

Expand the client base within the CFD business at INGOT Brokers.

Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions while cross-selling relevant products.

Gain proficiency in using the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Train and mentor team members on client acquisition strategies and market trends.

Any other duties relevant to the role.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the FX, CFDs, or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goals.

  • Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • The role is in Dubai, UAE.
