Job description

Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven hospitality startup operating across 80+ countries . The company partners with independent hotels and property owners to create standardized, affordable, and quality living spaces for millions of travelers worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and partner success, the company is now expanding its presence in the Middle East , starting with a key focus on Dubai .

As the Business Development Manager , you will lead efforts to expand the company's partner network by identifying, acquiring, and managing hospitality property partners across Dubai. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage with hotels, guesthouses, and vacation rentals for potential partnership opportunities.

Present the company's partnership value proposition, focusing on revenue generation, brand alignment, and operational support.

Negotiate commercial agreements with property owners and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Work closely with internal teams such as revenue management, operations, marketing, and finance to drive partner success and guest satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze property performance and market trends to inform strategy.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Qualifications :

  • Based in the UAE or with strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality landscape.

5 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales , real estate , property acquisition , or hospitality business development .

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or acquisition targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM / database systems.

Independent, self-driven, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a startup or dynamic growth company is a strong advantage.
