Responsibilities：

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the MENA market.
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and crypto communities.
• Lead end-to-end cooperation processes, including proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Collaborate with KOLs to design and launch tailored campaigns to boost engagement and trading volume.
• Explore and build strategic partnerships with crypto-native projects, wallets, DeFi protocols, and ecosystem players.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior in the MENA region to spot opportunities for growth.
• Represent the brand at local crypto events, meetups, and conferences to increase visibility and credibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide continuous support to ensure mutual growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Strong network and understanding of the crypto community in MENA region.
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs or managing affiliate/ambassador programs.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, DeFi, or crypto user behavior is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in or with a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Knowledge of MENA regulatory landscape for digital assets.
