Your responsibilities include:

• Generating partnerships for the personal brand of Dirk Kreuter, specifically through Podcast and YouTube in the United States.
• Increasing Dirk Kreuter's reach across all social media channels in the U.S. market.
• Negotiating both short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including their terms and conditions.
• Being the main point of contact for all matters related to external partnerships in the U.S. market.
• Gaining expertise in the coaching and education sector in the U.S., monitoring potential risks and opportunities.
• Developing strategic ideas, presenting them to the C-level, and implementing them.

• Ideally, you have built up an existing network in the social media/podcast sector and have proven success in acquiring cooperation partners.
• Very good knowledge of the coaching market and legal conditions in the U.S.
• You have a strong understanding of YouTube and podcasts.
