Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic new business opportunities and partnerships within the courier, cargo, and logistics sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market reach and client base.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (2-5 years preferred) in Business Development or a senior sales role within the Courier, Cargo, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs in the UAE.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to articulate value.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • A valid UAE Driving License is an added benefit
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
