Business Development Manager (Corporate Sector UAE & GCC) Gama learn
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales, focusing on corporate clients and private training establishments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate entities seeking digital assessments, training platforms, and technology solutions within the UAE & GCC.
  • Work closely with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to ensure products align with corporate client requirements and market feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate sales leads through industry networking, strategic outreach, referrals, digital marketing, and corporate interactions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and produce timely sales forecasts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement, HR, training managers, and senior leadership in target organizations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Secure strategic partnerships and coordinate with local resellers to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, high satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights through reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in B2B training sectors or related industries.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong relationships within UAE and GCC corporate markets.
  • Experience with digital assessment tools, LMS, and training platforms.
  • Proven success in closing corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to travel within GCC region.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
