A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead their efforts within the SEMA Business Area. Qualifications

Responsibilities :

  • Setup and lead sales team within Business Area SEMA with a focus on profitable growth for the following products : Dry Gas Seals, SMS, RoTech Boosters, Espey, Diaphragm Couplings
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other functions.
  • Define and implement profitable growth strategy and optimal sales force structure to execute profitable growth strategy through account
  • Develop customer focused organization by creating a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Application Engineering & Sales Support for dry gas seals and supply systems for compressor seals
  • Create technical offers for the sales organizations and support the Sales & Service organization in the daily business.
  • Establish customers relationships / following orders (we like to work close to our customers)

Qualifications :

Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent knowledge

Experience in the Oil & Gas and / or chemical industry

Good written and spoken English knowledge or other foreign languages

Strong analytical skills to understand and analyses current and future business scenarios

Good SAP and MS Office skills and Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 5 years job experience with related fields

Experience with planning and executing winning strategies for new customer generation

Negotiate long-term customer contracts with focus customers

Feel comfortable on all levels of customers’ organization

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
