A leading technology and services provider in Dubai is searching for a Business Development Manager to spearhead their CaaS & Delta T Rehabilitation solutions. The role involves managing key accounts, driving sales opportunities, and fostering relationships with major clients. Candidates should have extensive experience in solution selling, especially within the GCC, along with a strong background in HVAC. This is a vital role to grow market share and implement innovative business strategies.
What you will do
The Business Development Manager CaaS & Delta T Rehabilitation Solution (Outcome-based Solutions) is a key role reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Manager CaaS and will be based in Dubai.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new opportunities by managing existing and newly generated key accounts and building strong relationships with high-level representatives of major clients.
How you will do it
You will use your energy-driven B2B service sales approach to generate sales inquiries, manage key accounts, develop tailored solutions, and build relationships with developers, facility management companies, and end users by representing the company at the top level and following up on new business opportunities. You will engage early with clients, manage communications, and set solution expectations. Working closely with the Energy Engineering, Service Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, you will ensure the conversion of sales inquiries into business. You will support customers with technical inquiries, visit end users, and deliver presentations to secure business and grow market share.
As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for launching and driving the new Delta T Rehabilitation Solution across the UAE, from concept to implementation. This involves developing the overall strategy, defining key objectives, and securing stakeholder buy-ins.
You will articulate and communicate JCI offerings to customers, provide feedback to the business, strategize sales approaches, and define stakeholder mapping to enhance JCI Service competitiveness in the market.
You will manage the customer journey from introduction to closing, leading the technical due diligence process by liaising internally and externally to develop offerings.
You are a proactive individual who seeks to develop strong client relationships and is self-motivated to drive territory growth. You are perseverant, tenacious, and consistent, managing multiple priorities through excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
