Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
    Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
  2. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
    Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
    Develop and present proposals to clients for new solutions that add value to their business.
    Meet or exceed sales targets for upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  3. Support VP of Sales:
    Assist the VP of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies.
    Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
    Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on account status and upselling activities.
  4. Sales Administration:
    Manage account-related documentation and contracts.
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of upselling and achieving sales targets. Experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions (BI/RPA/CRM/Cybersecurity).
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
