Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution.
2. Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handovers and provide feedback on lead quality.

What you need to succeed:

1. Proven track record in business development, client-facing roles, or sales, preferably in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar industries.
2. Proven experience in business development, including client attraction strategies and lead generation.
3. The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for maximum results.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
5. Experience with the MENA region will be an advantage.
