About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for one of our aviation clients based in Sharjah. This role is pivotal in supporting departmental heads and the top management by identifying business opportunities, driving strategic growth, and ensuring smooth client engagement and retention. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in aviation spares supply chain and a successful track record in business development across the GCC Markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting leads in alignment with top management objectives.
  • Maintain and expand the existing client base while proactively developing new business opportunities.
  • Lead business development and key account management for aviation parts and related services.
  • Research and implement emerging market trends and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify alternative revenue streams and business models.
  • Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare business reports, status updates, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing, PR, promotional events, and brand engagement initiatives to elevate company visibility.
  • Manage client meetings, generate MIS reports, track market data, and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections and account follow-ups.
  • Ensure ethical business practices and uphold the organization’s values.

Experience:

9 years in aviation spares supply chain, business development, or related fields, with at least 3–5 years in the Middle East region.

Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Defense, Business, and General Aviation sectors.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field
