We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will report to the Senior Manager of the Business Development Team.

Your responsibilities include generating discovery meetings with prospects and customers to source and qualify opportunities that will be transitioned to field sales for closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Informatica's products and services through multi-channel engagement to attract new prospects and retain existing customers.
  • Supporting sales goals by following established procedures for discovery and qualification of opportunities.
  • Making recommendations in situations beyond defined work parameters.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members both in person and remotely to achieve sales objectives.
  • Aiming for growth through enhanced sales proficiency and technical certifications.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year relevant sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strong appetite to succeed and grow in sales.
  • Focus on targets with a drive to overachieve.
  • Understanding of data's role in organizations, especially regarding hybrid deployment of solutions like Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to strategize go-to-market plans for assigned accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
