Qualifications
- MBA degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the UAE market.
- Thorough understanding of Contracting Power / Telecom business.
- Demonstrates an assertive yet pleasant attitude.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, maintaining a positive outlook while emphasizing high quality and business profitability.
- Familiarity with principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
- Proficiency in adapting marketing strategies, conducting product demonstrations, employing sales techniques, and utilizing sales control systems.
- Acquainted with business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and resource coordination. Willingness to engage in extensive travel.
- Exemplifies leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and connect with diverse individuals.
Achievements
- Demonstrated track record of successful Project Sales and Business acquisition.
- Capable of independently acquiring new clients, projects, and preparing offers.
- Attained yearly targets exceeding AED 50-100 Million.
- Experience in successfully executing projects involving various utilities such as ADDC, AADC, DEWA, FEWA, SEWA, etc.
- Proven ability to secure projects from both Developers and Contractors.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UAE, with Abu Dhabi as the designated head office.

Responsibilities
- Develop the Business Development Plan and annual Work Plan.
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new business opportunities and clients within the local market to expand the company's market share.
- Form strategic alliances with prominent local and international clients to enhance the company's ability to pre-qualify and secure new contracts.
- Lead the development of staff by identifying training needs.
- Establish and track annual targets and objectives.
- Formulate and implement strategies for new products and services.
- Identify new opportunities through comprehensive business analysis.
- Provide direction and guidance to align the department with the company's strategic vision.
- Furnish ongoing commercial insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Uphold commercial direction and budgets set in the company’s Strategic Sales Plan, ensuring attainment of budgeted sales forecasts.
- Strengthen the company's engagement with existing clients.
- Formulate and execute business plans, involving research, market analysis, and accurate business reporting.
- Serve as a principal facilitator for projects, both internally and externally.
- Develop and manage client communication tools, including the corporate website.
- Create and maintain a database of new tenders, opportunities, and clients, ensuring company registration / pre-qualification.
- Actively seek out target organizations, establishing communications with potential business partners.
- Foster multi-tier relationships to organically expand client accounts.
- Develop relationships with key personnel from existing and new clients.
- Analyze data and forecast market trends.
- Coordinate and liaise between various business units and clients for ongoing and new projects.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Shape the corporate brand strategy.
- Elevate visibility of Company services within the local market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Forge new relationships with key clients and technology providers.
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Formulate and present proposals to clients.
- Provide concise and regular status reports to the Operations Manager.
- Enhance the company's market share locally.
- Actively oversee the implementation and execution of marketing projects.
