The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create business development plans and handle all stages of business partnerships, including introduction, negotiation, and signing agreements.
  • Contact and negotiate with potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to close profitable deals.
  • Support KOLs by designing campaigns to boost their trading volume.
  • Build partnerships with KOLs and crypto projects to encourage mutual cooperation.
  • Research new markets and customer needs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with both new and existing KOLs/clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Experience in channel and market development.
  • Familiar with the UAE and Middle East crypto market.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
