Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive / Manager to drive growth and expansion within the credit scoring and fintech industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating meaningful business impact.

As a key team member, you'll play a pivotal role in executing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You'll be responsible for generating revenue, developing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless onboarding for clients and partners. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and involves close collaboration with experts across various tech domains.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead sales activities within a defined geographic region or account-based territory.
  2. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at prospect and client organizations.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the financial technology industry and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  5. Create and deliver customized sales presentations aligned with client business needs.
  6. Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  7. Adapt quickly to the startup landscape and support additional business development initiatives like branding and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in fintech or technology.
  2. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and navigate complex deal cycles.
  5. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  6. Passion for fintech and a solid understanding of market trends.
