Business Development Manager

NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions is a logistics organization that was formerly part of the global Kuehne+Nagel network until July 20th, 2022, and is now independently operated. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager at NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
• Experience in contract negotiations and closing deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software
