Job description


Proven experience in leading the expansion of retail Hypermarket branches across multiple emirates, optimizing location selection, leasing negotiations, and rollout strategies tailored to regional demographics and economic profiles.
Hands-on knowledge of UAE municipal regulations and compliance requirements, including Dubai Municipality (DM), and other emirate-level authorities, ensuring seamless operational alignment.

Role :

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new supermarket outlets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess the viability of new store locations.
Prepare business cases, investment plans, and ROI analysis for new store openings.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to assess cost structures and profitability.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of store fit-out and fixture installations.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and property acquisitions.
Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless expansion efforts.
