Job Description:

  • Manages Accounts and oversees ongoing client maintenance.
  • Develops knowledge of operations, capacity, and acts as the link between sales and delivery.
  • Leads proposal development, tender responses, and client negotiations for ViaMedica International.
  • Represents ViaMedica International at trade shows and seminars.
  • Owns products for the Via Medica International Remote Site Medical Staffing Solution, including policy development and review.
  • Develops and updates support documentation for tenders, including Country Service Portfolios.
  • Prepares proposals for major bids and Requests for Proposals.
  • Supports other Business Development Managers in proposal development.
  • Develops procedures for Major Project, Bid, and RFP responses.
  • Tracks and manages the pipeline, providing reports to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Healthcare advantageous.
  • Chinese Speaking preferred.
  • 5+ years in Business Development Role / Senior Business Development.
