Business Development Manager

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Interiors Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the Interiors and Fit-out industry, with a focus on securing commercial projects such as offices, retails, banks, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
2. Follow up on new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings, and delivering successful presentations.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
6. Manage client expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments, and building sustainable long-term business relationships.
7. Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
8. Follow up on receivables of own project sales.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE within the Interiors and Fit-out industry.
2. Own car is required.
3. UAE driving license and own car (Required).
