Job description

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating new business

opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across the UAE and MENA

region. They will focus on promoting M2’s key products—Earn, OTC, and Spot Trading—to

high-net-worth and institutional clients, corporate entities, and family offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HNWI network in the cryptocurrency, fintech, and finance

industries, with an ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including institutional investors, HNIs,

  • corporates, and family offices, with a focus on selling M2's Earn product, OTC

  • services, and spot trading.

  • Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand M2’s presence across the UAE and MENA

  • region. This includes identifying key market opportunities and developing partnerships with

  • key stakeholders.

  • Product Expertise - Business Development: Deeply understand M2’s suite of products and services, specifically the Earn product, OTC trading, and spot trading, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including drafting proposals,

  • presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to meet business objectives.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in

  • the crypto and fintech sectors across the MENA region.


Required Competencies and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services industries.

  • Full proficiency in bothEnglish and Arabic.

  • Strong network of institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region.

  • Excellent understanding of cryptocurrency products, especially Earn, OTC, and spot trading.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
