We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends sales strategies and business development techniques to expand our companys presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and client engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations develop proposals and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing sales and operations to align business development strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance revenue forecasts and business development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the UAE market.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Networking & Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
