Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development professional to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Chinese and English, with 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Development to grow Masin’s footprint in the Middle East and beyond, leveraging existing networks and building new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Chinese native, fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• 5–7 years of business development experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, legal, engineering, or contracting sectors.
• Existing networks within the contracting industry, particularly focused on Chinese contractors/subcontractors, are preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
