About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role is responsible for generating new (to NI) acquiring business from enterprises in the UAE.

This position is key to expanding Network's market share, with an annual revenue target of AED 2 million in net spread for 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Sales Plan for Enterprise Accounts
  • Prospect and close profitable new enterprise accounts, contracts, and deals.
  • Transition new accounts into client management seamlessly.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Support overall business development strategy, identify key segments and accounts, and define customer propositions.
  • Developing a Healthy Sales Pipeline
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities in key accounts.
  • Learn Network’s products and services to present professionally to potential clients.
  • Respond promptly to referrals.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to secure profitable business.
  • Negotiate terms to maximize long-term profitability.
  • Present Network to clients via meetings, calls, virtual meetings, and emails.
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing and handover.
  • Manage new business responsibilities independently.
  • Represent the company professionally both internally and externally.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and documentation.
  • Create client proposals and contracts.
  • Respond to tenders and RFIs timely.
  • Coordinate with other departments during client handover.
  • Ensure proactive and responsive engagement with prospects.

Qualifications

Educational

Bachelor’s Degree minimum.

Professional

At least 5 years in the UAE payments industry.

Proven success in cross-selling and opening new business segments.

Experience managing high-net-worth clients and complex solutions in tech.

Excellent English skills; second language (Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Arabic) highly desirable.
