About the Job

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Presenting software solutions to potential clients and tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Profile Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • A results-driven attitude with a customer-focused approach.

  • Bonus: 6.5% commission on yearly sales.
  • Total package salary/bonus: can reach 210K to 220K AED per year.
