Job Description – Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with minimum 4 years of experience from Broking Services and your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of our broking services business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the broking industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the broking services sector. Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and act as a trusted advisor.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting broking services and closing deals. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth delivery of broking services and client satisfaction.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, industry experts, and stakeholders. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis and client feedback.
