Position Overview: We at Aionion Marketing Services are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have an existing client base with a strong passion for sales, ability to build relationships and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our wide range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the client base in the UAE market while fostering long term relationships.
  2. Promote and sell a wide range of financial products including Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Insurance helping clients meet their investment goals and build wealth.
  3. Conduct personalized consultations with clients to assess their financial objectives and recommend tailored investment solutions.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, proactive client acquisition and relationship management.
  5. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
  6. Keep up to date with the latest financial market trends, regulatory changes and product offerings in the UAE to provide well informed advice to clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Finance, Commerce or related fields).
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of local sales experience in the UAE preferably in the Wealth Management, Broking, BFSI or NBFC sectors.
  3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equities and other wealth management solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling financial products such as Equities, Bonds, Insurance, Mutual Funds preferably for NRIs in the UAE with an existing client base.
  2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong customer centric approach.
  4. Ability to identify clients financial needs and offer personalized solutions.
  5. Strong relationship building skills with a focus on client retention and long term relationships.
  6. Experience in the Indian financial markets, taxation and regulatory environment is a significant advantage.

Education:

  1. UG: Any Graduate (Preferably in Finance, Commerce or related fields)
  2. PG: Any Postgraduate (optional)

Language Proficiency:

  1. Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  2. Knowing Tamil, Malayalam or Hindi is a strong advantage.
