entourage is looking for a sharp, connected, and diplomatic Sales Hunter to drive our growth in the events and media space — with a focus on high-profile government clients across the UAE.

We are a bold, dynamic creative agency at the intersection of advertising, experiential events, and brand storytelling. We craft unforgettable campaigns, immersive experiences, and captivating content for some of the region's most influential brands and government entities. With a powerhouse team of designers, animators, writers, and strategists, we’re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our multi-disciplinary creative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in events and media

• Leverage your strong government network to open doors and build client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape impactful proposals and pitch-winning presentations

• Lead deal negotiations and ensure project handover aligns with client expectations

• Keep a close eye on market shifts and government initiatives to stay ahead of opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Agency background with a proven track record in business development of not less than 5 years

• Strong network within UAE government and private sectors (required)

• A true closer — you own the room, pitch with purpose, and land deals

• Deep knowledge of the UAE market and local business culture

Arabic speaker preferred, English fluency essential

Diplomatic communicator, confident with senior stakeholders

• Must be based in Dubai/Riyadh working full-time from our office
