Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our car rental services. The role involves marketing our offerings, managing end-to-end sales, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. A strong commercial mindset and industry knowledge are essential to drive profitability and long-term growth.

Descriptions:

  • Primary focus to pro-actively market our services, prepare proposals up to and including the conclusion stages.
  • Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
  • Build cross business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
  • Bring products to the market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.

Qualifications:

  • A background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable.
  • Strong English & Arabic communication skills; reading, writing and speaking.
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level.
  • Strong Sales background, ideally coming from a blue-chip organization.
