As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing our host network.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with property hosts to ensure long-term partnerships. This role requires a mix of sales acumen, relationship management, and market knowledge. The successful candidate will act as the face of Livjaza to hosts, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and motivated to maximise bookings through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and approach potential hosts (property owners, holiday home operators, property managers) that fit Livjaza’s curated standards.
- Present Livjaza’s value proposition, negotiate terms, and secure new partnerships.
- Guide hosts through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate listing setup, pricing, and compliance with platform requirements.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded hosts, addressing their concerns and supporting their success.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to improve host satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular performance insights, booking trends, and recommendations to hosts.
- Growth & Market Development
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align host acquisition strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall host experience and platform offering.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within travel, hospitality, real estate, or proptech.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s property and holiday home market is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data-driven performance tracking.
