Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our growth strategies in our newly established Dubai-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and establishing strategic partnerships within the defense and aerospace industry.

This role is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and analyzing business opportunities in the defense and aerospace sectors, conducting market research, and developing growth strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and international defense and aerospace firms.
  • Preparing bids and proposals, managing contract negotiations, and overseeing partnership agreements.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development within the defense and aerospace industry.
  • Strong expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of defense industry regulations, export control procedures, and industry dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Preferably with experience in business development in Dubai or the GCC region.
