Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Oracle solutions and software services marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly within Oracle technologies and software service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oracle-based solutions and software services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle and related technology ecosystem partners.
  • Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly, especially in ERP, Cloud, and Oracle-related services.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans to penetrate targeted industries.
  • Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing) to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at Oracle events, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT/Software Services industry.
  • Strong background in Oracle-based solutions (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion).
  • Proven ability to sell complex software services to mid-size and large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and pipeline management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Oracle partners or within the Oracle partner ecosystem.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise software trends.
  • Strong network within enterprise IT and Oracle customer base.
