Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager for our Holiday Homes division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently sourcing and closing new property leads to grow our portfolio. This is a target-driven role that requires strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to secure exclusive holiday home listings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, approach, and onboard new property owners for holiday home listings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property investors.
  3. Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations with property owners.
  4. Ensure all documentation and agreements are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
  6. Achieve set monthly targets and KPIs independently without leads from the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
  • Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of short-term rental or holiday home market is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
