We Need A Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the luxury real estate sector. This role focuses on driving sales and expanding our presence in prestigious villa communities such as Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, and District One. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end design-build solutions for high-end villas, delivering bespoke projects that cater to the refined tastes of our exclusive clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in high-value sales and business development within the luxury property space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Lead efforts to promote and sell our luxury villa design and build services, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
  2. Client Acquisition: Leverage your network to generate leads, secure new business, and expand our customer base.
  3. Presentations & Promotions: Showcase our bespoke offerings to potential clients, emphasizing our commitment to luxury, exclusivity, and excellence.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships with key industry players, including real estate agents, developers, architects, and investors.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate and design/build sectors.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
  7. Client Engagement: Manage inquiries, track leads, and maintain a comprehensive database to support sales efforts.
  8. Networking: Represent the company at private viewings, client meetings, and industry events to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within luxury real estate or design and build services (minimum 4 years preferred).
  2. Extensive knowledge of high-end villa communities such as Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, District One, and other prime locations.
  3. A strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and key industry professionals.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  6. Strong client service orientation with a focus on relationship-building and long-term engagement.
  7. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
