entourage is looking for a sharp, connected, and diplomatic Sales Hunter to drive our growth in the events and media space — with a focus on high-profile government clients across the UAE.

We craft unforgettable campaigns, immersive experiences, and captivating content for some of the region's most influential brands and government entities. With a powerhouse team of designers, animators, writers, and strategists, we’re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our multi-disciplinary creative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in events and media

• Leverage your strong government network to open doors and build client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape impactful proposals and pitch-winning presentations

• Lead deal negotiations and ensure project handover aligns with client expectations

• Keep a close eye on market shifts and government initiatives to stay ahead of opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Agency background with a proven track record in business development of not less than 5 years

• Strong network within UAE government and private sectors (required)

• A true closer — you own the room, pitch with purpose, and land deals

• Deep knowledge of the UAE market and local business culture

Arabic speaker preferred, English fluency essential

Diplomatic communicator, confident with senior stakeholders

• Must be based in Dubai/Riyadh working full-time from our office
