Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence.
2. Identify potential clients and establish long-term business relationships.
3. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs.
4. Generate leads and close deals with B2B and B2C clients.
5. Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-value clients on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming software development industry and freelance marketplaces.
7. Attend expos, conferences, and networking events to expand industry connections.
8. Oversee project acquisition and execution, ensuring client requirements are met.
9. Collaborate with external stakeholders.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
11. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential business partners.
12. Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, marketing or a related field, preferably in trading, import/export, software/IT.
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
4. Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and partnership development.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
6. Multilingual is preferable.
