Commercial Growth: Sales and Account Management

  • Proven track record in selling B2B and growing accounts.
  • Ideally experience in some or all: software sales, B2B hospitality sales, selling to large corporates, food tech, e-commerce.
  • Ability to think strategically by building a pipeline with a clear prioritization view.
  • Ownership of the full product from signing to growing revenue with each account.
  • Commercially competent and able to communicate Careem’s value proposition and how we will solve problems to clients.

  • Highly meticulous and organized with tracking of day to day progress and updates.
  • High quality of communication, written and spoken.
  • Able to produce high quality sales material (presentations and decks)
  • Highly presentable and reliable in how you conduct yourself in front of clients (large corporates) as well as within Careem.
  • Bring momentum, energy and high work rate consistently. You will set the tone and speed of the business, not the other way around.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • +5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, selling to large corporates and multinationals
  • Tech background is a plus but not a must
  • Experience as a market launcher or part of a start up team
  • Competent sales professional both in person as well as over the phone
