Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business developer to develop our activities.
Our new Business dev will play a crucial role in driving the company’s commercial strategy and growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial skills specifically in negotiation and commercial development.
The main responsibilities will be related to the commercial Strategy :
Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company’s market position.
Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve commercial targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications :
Higher education such as master’s degree or business or engineering school.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience in managing performance indicators, business plans and budgets, commercial action plans.
Ideally, experience in the air quality, emissions monitoring and/or satellite data fields.
Experience in b-to-b and b-to-g technical sales.
Skills :
Excellent leadership, management and team development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results orientation, perseverance and rigor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Fluency in English is essential to carry out your mission. Arabic is a plus.
