  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across industries in the UAE for staffing, recruitment, and professional services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering customized workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Proven UAE experience (mandatory) in business development, preferably within staffing/recruitment or professional services.
  • Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of T&M (Time & Material), staffing models, and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
