The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Covering Dubai
• Developing new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand within the project specification market
• Maintain existing business and build on existing client relations.
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Influence the Architects and Designers and educate them on the full acoustic range whilst selling to the contractor and following through to the install stage.

Experience

• Time spent in a sales role
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience within the construction or interiors market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge of specifying a product with architects and tracking business through to the contractor install stage
